Chop On: Bryce Ball Edition

If you’re trying to look into the future for one of baseball’s next big stars, then look no further than in the Appalachian League for Bryce Ball.

Top 10 Appalachian League Players

Remember Wander Franco? What about Vlad Guerrero Jr.? Even Cristian Pache? They all three have one thing in common. They each passed through the Appalachian League at one point in their career.

First the first time in the three-plus years I’ve spent covering the Appy League (this year being year number 4), I decided to partake in a Top 10 ranking.

After comments made by the Yankees Senior Vice President and General Manager calling the Yankees a “fully-operational death star” and referring to the team’s “Evil Empire” nickname, […]

Appy League: Royal Pain for Kingsport

Main Photo: Baseball Farm Between good pitching and timely offense, the Burlington Royals were able to fight off the enemy and protect home field with a victory over the Kingsport Mets. With their win, the Royals now hold the best record (5-2) in the Appalachian League. Monday’s game between the B-Royals and K-Mets was the only […]
